Linda Carol Musser

Linda Carol Musser, age 66, passed away at home July 16, 2012 surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 16, 1946 in Fargo, ND to Wilson and Rose Rose. Linda married Dennis Musser on April 13, 1963. Survivors include her husband, Dennis; children, James (Brenda) Musser of Grass Lake, Jennifer (Mark) Nicholson of Monroe and Jason (Elizabeth) Musser currently serving in the Air Force in Ramstein, Germany; grandchildren, Jessica Musser, Melissa Musser, Rachael Nicholson, Brit Nicholson, Angela Musser and Daniel Musser; brothers, William (Judi) Rose of Columbia, SC and Ronald (Kate) Rose of Allen Park; several nieces and nephews and god children. She was preceded in death by her parents. After graduating from Allen Park High School, Linda became a licensed beautician following in her mother's footsteps. Linda worked side by side for years with her mother at Rose's Beauty Shop. Linda also enjoyed endeavors in creating beautiful Christmas tree skirts and pretzel making, as well as, crafts like sewing and crocheting. An avid reader, Linda and her husband of 49 years enjoyed traveling. She will be remembered as a very generous and loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, godmother and friend. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8 P.M. A celebration of her life will be at 11 A.M. Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Sherwood Funeral Home, Grass Lake with Rev. Dave Cornwell officiating.
