Robert L. Trolz of Jackson, age 81, passed away January 7, 2013. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth (Jerome) Joki; sons, James (Jennifer), Joseph, Jerrold (Nicki) and John Trolz; granddaughters, Jennifer Revoir, Oliva Trolz, Alexis Trolz and Erika Trolz; grandsons, Daniel, Terry and John Trolz; great grandchildren, Sydnee, Breann and Sarah; niece, Elaine Leutz. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Trolz; parents, Sidney and Florence Trolz; sister, Marjorie Sawdy and brother, William Trolz. Bob started Trolz Auto Parts in the 1950's and also Trolz Service Station in 1956 and was involved with the family business until he went into the nursing home. He also founded Trolz Cab Company that he operated for 20 years. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Friday, January 11, 2013 at Sherwood Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck McNeil officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery, Grass Lake.
